Very VERY very strange bare upstairs seating area. Dirty & ripped couches. Boxes in the background… The other tables are like dining room chairs. A bizarre experience we will never forget.

Was in the one in Portrush in August 2022. Staff lovely and friendly. But food not wrapped up when not selling it. I told them about a big blue bottle running all over the Lemon marine they did nothing about it. The coffee we got was just look warm if that. The place had loads of flys flying around it. Nothing to stop them like be a special light to keep them away. It was yuk and disgusting. Not be back.

We've used Ground for many years. The drinks and food are good, as is the service, but it could use a refurb as it always looks and feels grubby and gives the impression that its dirty. Still go back for the tea, coffee and cinnamon swirls though!

Great coffee and very quick through the till. Raspberry and white chocolate scone to die for. Bao bun with halloumi was very tasty. Just had to wait a long time for it to arrive.

I come to the portrush branch every weekend for a soya latte before work. Can't praise the staff and service enough. Fantastic spot to just chill out before a long day on your feet....and the brioche French toast is amazing  . For the staff in this branch......you're amazing, thank you!

Good coffee, friendly staff. I recommend this place for a quiet cup of coffee.

Food is really good. Quick service and friendly staff. Up stairs just needs a bit of attention but the ground floor is presentable.

Portrush in winter.  Not particularly inspiring, scone average, coffee average. No real Christmas spirit, won't be in a hurry back. Food: 3/5
