It's a nice shopping center. I think the oldest shopping centre in the whole Europe. At least, I read it. Anyway, is a very great idea to go there to have a coffee, tea, beer, after to walk around the wall. All the city is very lovely and nice. I recommend to visit the city one time at least

Lovely bright clean shopping centre. Excellent selection off retail shops and coffee shops. Staff are all helpful and very friendly. They will do what they can to help. Always very clean and tidy. Easy access by public transport or by car as lots of car park in close by. Toilets are very clean and have baby change n disability facilities. There is a lift or escalator to reach the shops of the bus route. Highly recommend this shopping centre.

Lots of great shops. Plus The Disney Store as reopened. This time it's in the Grosvenor Shopping Centre right opposite Costa Coffee. Brilliant.

Seems to be a thriving city centre shopping centre, with a good selection of shops, if you are disabled there are some issues with access on the top tier of shops in the city centre, with a lack of ramps for wheelchair/buggy access. Lovely old buildings for a back drop. Parking was in a multistorey car park, near tescos, which did offer a parking refund if you spent a certain amount there, but due to the distance and layout of shops, if you are disabled, take an electric buggy if you want to cover any distance.

In its hay day a brilliant place to go and shop, but as we have lost some of the big retailers there are not as many shops.
