If it was possible to give no stars, then I would have done so. This venue was used for a Christmas party. We waited for a long time in between courses. The meal was very badly cooked and bland, some things over cooked and some things barely cooked. We were crammed into a tiny seating area, with tables so close together that we could not have easily got out in an emergency and couldn't get out without asking someone else to move. 
We were extremely disappointed and felt that the venue needed to know,  in order to be able to improve.

Not the best casino in Stoke, staff are great, place just comes across as a bit grubby. If you play poker bring hand gel, chips are so filthy they stick together. Tournaments are small but OK. Casino is quite small.

Only been to the opening. The place seemed very nice!

Like any other casino. This has the normal games and tables. Was a bit hard to get a drink from waiters. Had to go over to the bar. Not overly big. But has everything you need to spend your money.
