Clean and pleasant environment, excellent screen for watching sports. Bar can be woefully understaffed at times and you can be stood in front of a bar with no staff for minutes. There's also usually something pretty basic that's unavailable - a particular lager, coffee, chips, burger buns - I'm sure in this day and age that level of ineptitude is more effort than getting it right. Probably the most pleasant of Southend's numerous casinos nonetheless.

Very friendly casino. A lot less busy than Genting Casino so it truly depends what sort of evening you are after. The Grovsenor provides a warm, welcoming and relaxing experience which is great for the seasoned gambler and novice user. Or generally those who want less going on whilst they play. The food is OK but very good value and the drinks are well priced too. Waiter and waitress service at the tables is very convenient. The bar area often shows the most popular sports channels too. With a multi-story car park opposite, there is not a great deal more you could want.

My wife and I visited on Easter Monday afternoon and found the casino gaming staff were really good. The experience was marred by a rather surly and unhelpful waitress.

Absolutely fantastic night out. Friendly dealers and great food. Wether you have come to enjoy something new or are coming to have a bet, this is the place to be!
