My partner and I wanted to try their Sunday lunch as we had heard it was very good. We did and were not disappointed. We were given a table by the window so enjoyed the view over the Thames Estuary. We also had few godson the roulette tables and as I won, the meal was effectively free. I would not hesitate to return, even if I do not win next time.

Always a good time plenty of machines tables with lots going on friendly bar staff helpful floor staff and a dance floor. Great night out!

Amazing on a friday and saturday night. On par with clubs in central London! No entry fees and reasonably priced drinks!

Fantastic casino. Really had a great time here. Although there's 2 other casinos in town, there really isn't a choice in choosing which one to go to.

The low rating is for the restaurant, not the casino. My friend brings me here as a treat weekly. Have always been advised that they stop taking food orders at 10.30pm.  We sat down in the restaurant at 10.15pm to be greeted by the waitress making a point of checking her watch. Was a put off but we let it go. I already had a drink with me that I wasn't going to finish, my friend was asked what he wanted to drink but not me and had no chance of asking as she quickly vanished ! I have worked in customer service and how we were treated goes against customer service. 4 times during the meal we were asked if all was ok! ( we only had a main and twice is sufficient ) My rib eye steak had a large amount of fat, which we pointed out but had both the waitress and waiter telling us this was to be expected. Yes, there will be fat but don't expect that much considering we paid £23 for each steak!
The casino part of the night was lovely but I do feel the restaurant experience put a huge dampner on what would have been a lovely evening. After all, who enjoys eating somewhere where the waitress serving you is constantly looking at her watch and rebuffs you when asked if there's a problem and we tell her? 
Shame as my friend has been a member for years.
