I stopped coming here because I never win thought I would give it another go and guess what I lost. I have been to all grovesnires in Manchester and this is by far the worst for losing. Most of the staff are lovely hence 2 stars instead of one

Popped for a quick stop off, plenty of parking, but 2 hour limit. You have to tell the front desk if you will be longer. 

Clearly not subscribing to the Vegas hide the time theory. Decent place tho, small hotel directly over the road too.

The Grosvenor Casino Salford used to have a great atmosphere, unfortunately that has changed DRAMATICALLY. 
 The poker room has gone from full to overflowing most nights to two or three tables (if they're lucky) and unfortunately the Card Room Manager is both inept and incomprehensible.
 There's only a handful of staff who are welcoming and pleasant. 
 You’ll find a separate area for Slots, but don't bother. They (apparently) have a policy that allows you to reserve a machine for 20 mins if you need a break, and also they state not to leave credit in if you do leave a machine. This rule only applies to certain people it seems, others get away with leaving credit in and holding the machines for nearly an hour. There is a MASSIVE, BLATANT and VERY obvious 'one rule for one, one rule for another' in this casino. 
 The only redeeming area in the casino is a superb bar area and restaurant, which has an extensive menu and the food is always first rate, and if you're just feeling a bit peckish, there is also a Bar Menu available with an excellent selection of snacks and meals. 
 So, if you are looking for great food then I'd recommend it, if though you're looking for a great night out, choose somewhere other than The Grosvenor Casino Salford.
