Usually enjoy a night out at the casino but was nearly refused admission last night because they thought I wasn't in a fit state. I'd had one can of lager. They told me they'd watch my behaviour all night. Really spoiled the mood. Anyway had plenty more to drink and didn't get thrown out.
01/01/2023 2.30 pm The obnoxious croupier at the roulette table removed what would have been my winning £20 bet from the table just before the ball landed and stood smirking at me as he did so. This was because I was a £5 pounds short of the minimum stake. If he had of pointed this out in good time I could have and would have added another £5. I protested this to the equally incompetent female manager who then proceeded to review incorrect footage from a previous spin and said there was plenty of time for me to change the bet and therefore she would not honour it. I pointed out she was looking at the wrong spin and she then agreed with me that the croupier was at fault but she was still not going to honour the bet anyway therefore contradicting her earlier stance. Disgusting greedy casino and horrible staff. You wont ever receive my substantial custom again online or in the physical casino.
Really nice place not just to have a bet but to watch football on TV watch live music and enjoy a drink. You can get free and tea and coffee. Not a massive carpark and restrictions on events day. They have 4 different bars do bar food and have a Indian restaurant. Reasonable price especially considering its a casino.

They advertise that they will be running 38 cash game tables 24/7 during the goliath. In reality they are running a handful of tables with 50+ person wait lists. Also pretty much every employee I dealt with was completely incompetent. An absolute joke of a poker festival.
Being a member of grovenor casino's for many years, I was surprised by my recent visit to Coventry building society arena casino & Being refused entry because I didn't have any id ! Is this because I had a Coventry City shirt on at the time? Its not that I'm short of money but it would be nice to be given a good reason for refusal of entry seeing as my friends were allowed in with no obligation!

My partner and I were visiting and decided on a night out at the Grosvenor. We have frequented a few of the casinos on our travels, but I must state, the staff here are exceptional.! Service is 100% as were there friendliness and customer care. I would also like to bring to the attention of the management, staff members are brilliant..guys are fabulous.! They go above and beyond in there customer care.! So very professional, but also so very friendly and charming.! One of the best Grosvenors we have been to... 100% recommended for a good night out.!!
Really nice place to go, drinks aren't overly expensive for a casino. Been a few times and always had a good time, very nice atmosphere and the dealers are prepared to explain the games to new people. Great service at the tables.
Nice place, very clean, professional and parking is amazing, but it was free at the time I visited.
