Gorgeous hotel, we stayed here for a weekend away, 5 minute walk into town. We ate in the restaurant and it was fabulous. Staff are super friendly. Only issues were; the shower pressure wasn’t great, the pillows are too soft and no breakfast in the room. Other than that, great stay, hotel facilities are very good, will definitely stay again.

Stayed here for the first time last night and loved it. Lovely decor and everywhere very clean.nnGreat size room and the bed was so comfortable.nnHad a couple of drinks in the bar area which was a great area.nnPerfect location in Stratford.nnOnly thing I would say is there was a huge queue to check in so need more staff working reception on a Saturday afternoon.nnOverall, a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding hotel. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Nice to see a security presence on the door. Breakfast was superb, and beds were comfy.nShower in my room was old, and the water pressure wasn't the best, but only a minor thing.

Rooms were comfortable and well decorated. Shower was terrible, over the bath dribble.nBreakfast and other food was really good quality, staff also very friendly and helpful.nLots of parking and located a short walk into the town.

Staff mostly very helpful and professional.  Slow at the bar and one drink in a round was forgotten.  A very long walk from the bar/restaurant to the ladies toilets whereas there are 2 gents toilets right by.  That doesn't make a woman feel welcome or cared about.  Bed quite comfy but very high to get in to. Poor configuration of bathroom, with towels behind the toilet.  Very good range of food at breakfast but the hot food was cold and the coffee machine needs instructions putting next to it as it is not obvious how to get just hot water.  WiFi connection a bit flaky.  I used the QR code in the room for I fo about 5he hotel but couldn't connect to the url it lad me to.  Only staying one night so not a problem for us.
