Lovely hotels & the breakfast is good too. However it’s worth finding out if there is any sort of convention on. There were two on the weekend that we stayed. This meant that the place was packed and because of the amount of people who were in the private function room, lots were spilling out into the main bar area where there was just not enough staff to cope on the evening. This left us waiting for ages to be served. Also, the  “private seating area” which you get for booking certain rooms was left with dirty crockery piling up & rubbish left on the side.nThis was all unfortunate as we have always enjoyed staying here.nWe stayed in a premium room which was comfortable but definitely needed updating. The shower screen leaked at the bottom so the floor get very wet. The water pressure is really low so it was more of a sprinkle than a shower. The room had a generally tired look. Just needs updating like the entrance hall to fall in line with other hotels in the area.nHaving said all that, it is still a nice hotel & the staff are very friendly. Just ask in advance of any parties or conventions that might be taking place before booking.

We have just shared a fabulous weekend with family and friends for my wife’s birthday. The organisation, food and service was outstanding. The table for the Saturday Night special dinner was beautifully decorated and set. We were all in awe and enjoyed a beautiful dinner with amazing friendly service throughout. Thank you Oliver and all the Team at the Crowne Plaza Stratford. We will be back!!!

Stayed here for the first time last night and loved it. Lovely decor and everywhere very clean.nnGreat size room and the bed was so comfortable.nnHad a couple of drinks in the bar area which was a great area.nnPerfect location in Stratford.nnOnly thing I would say is there was a huge queue to check in so need more staff working reception on a Saturday afternoon.nnOverall, a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza Whilst at a conference yesterday.nStaff were really accommodating,  location fantastic,  breakfast was self service and a great selection including cooked, continental, fruit, cereal, compote and yogurt. Facilities in the Room were everything that you needed , Tea, coffee, hairdryer, slippers, ironing board, iron and  the towels are so big and fluffy. Most importantly, the bed was so comfortable and I had a really good nights sleep.nWould definitely stay here again

Very enjoyable stay at this large but lovely set out Hotel in the immediate vicinity of Stratford-upon-Avon.nThanks to Katie at the front desk for a courteous efficient check in.nAll staff very friendly. Breakfast was crazy but the lady controlling the table flow was very efficient.nOnly slight grumble was that it was hard to get served at the bar on a bust Saturday with only one bar person on duty.nOverall a great stay though!
