Amazing Shop! ***** 5 STARS Staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is nothing that I've asked that they've not been able to help me with. I have had my mandolin repaired and re-stringed great price. They also did an amazing job with my mini martin. The guitar lessons are also top-notch and for all ages and abilities. Its a great space to feel inspired. There's no better feeling then having new strings and great customer service with it.

Well what can I say 5 stars in my eyes I'm 27 years old and had 2 lessons so far and absolutely love it dave is a fantastic teacher very relaxing and calm doesn't treat you like your stupid no matter what your doing wrong... ask him anything you like music related and he has an answer for you which I'm so grateful for.... and as for Andy the store owner wow what a polite and friendly person could sit and talk guitars and all music related stuff all day he goes out his way to make sure you get what you need or to make sure your doing okay in your lessons from the first moment I met both of these gentlemen I've felt relaxed and right at home even though I've just started my journey learning guitar so please please if you or your children want to learn guitar this is the number one spot to go to I promise you that.... you will not be disappointed at all  Thanks guys look forward to my next lesson and chat

I met this guy at his premises and as I’m a professional model and my photographer is he agreed we could do a shoot there and I explained clearly I would advertise him on Google maps which I did! He rudely text a friend of mine not myself and asked me to remove my pics from maps saying he’s getting more professional ones done!!! How rude I checked his website and his pictures are not as good so he asked if I would remove them yeah I have but how rude and no I don’t recommend an arrogant man who does that when I was advertising for him!! I don’t know if he was complaining about pictures of me or his studio but either way that’s rude and on the same day I find out my photographer has covid!!! So he could have come to me by phone or text but to go through my friend is a cowardly act!!!! Everything was explained to him by myself and my photographer and I’m shocked that anyone would pull us down for advertising him!!!!! You can check his website the pictures are not as good so that’s so rude!!!!! I had given him an excellent review before but I removed but he either never saw the original one no thank you all all not I expect a reply but like yourself you were asked verbally on the day verified by my photographer will be speaking to him when he’s better about his behaviour and upsetting me going through some one else!! I’m not saying anything about his guitars or his lessons. They have a great variety of them hung up for safe I was even interested myself talking lessons but never mind. I know they’re priced good and I took some business cards with me,j and his response through my review it’s no excuse you were clearly informed that I would advertise you and you asked my photographer if you could use some pictures for your wall in which he did send you two and I sent you one on instagram so would have been more polite to text me not say yeah don’t know me!! I revisited asking if my maps was helping and you were booked up so my photographer said he explained this to you gosh I was just trying to help your business and instagram is just as public as here. In your response back I noted you never asked how my photographer was not empathetic are you, I have never had one business complain about my pictures I’m a Top Photographer. They’ve never asked me to decide with them which ones I could post! They were very grateful. So no I had to leave 3 stars  unfortunately.

I can't recommend these guys enough. Very helpful and go above and beyond to advise and help their customers. My daughter cannot wait for her next guitar lesson each week. Fantastic company.

Highly recommended. Purchased a guitar and the advice and help I received from initial ‘thinking’ to actual purchasing was second to none. Now it’s my go to place for anything guitar related. Thank you Guitarooze.
