First time for our rescue GSD/husky to visit a groomers. When we booked her in the ladies were understanding of our concerns as we are still working on her socialization. On arrival they were great. They were very familiar with handling dogs and took control. When we arrived to collect her they were still finishing off, she was in the table with two other dogs also being groomed and not a sound. We were so impressed with how she was looking. Sleek clean and well trimmed. They did a fabulous job and we would recommend and use them again. Thank you
Very expensive when my dog was collected it looked exactly the same absolutely no grooming done at all I'm afraid I won't be using them again
We took our two dogs, Standard Poodle & Lab to the Groom Room at Pets at Home Wellingborough on Friday, both dogs received the best care & after a bath & cut they both looked great. We are very happy with the service we received & have made a future app, the staff members are a credit to the company.
Im so pleased with the groom room and my dog Charlie always happy to see them so thst tells me the excellent in their handling of him. When he first went to them he would let me cut his claws and it took three girls to do it , one with a swueJy toy , one distraction and one clipping claws. They never gave up on him and now he lets one person do them. He always looks beautiful when I collect hi

Staff are excellent, service is outstanding. Treat my dog like he is their own. very clean. Definitely would recommend.
