Awesome place great service clean and tidy nice music nice food great staff
Went today. There was only 3 in from of me and timed it and it taken 20 mins to get served. When we sat down the tables were 2 close together. And when they were coming to clean them they wasn't even spraying them with disinfectant. So breading grownd for covid there.
Very poor customer service. Staff are very bad mannered and slow to serve. They act like they are doing you a favour by serving you. Won't be returning when there are other establishments on high street who value their customers.
Asked for a teacake deal only to be told I was only allowed a small coffee when it says small drink false advertisement. The lady who served needs some customer service training because she had none
Hopeless service, you pay for a large coffee, you get average. Shame. I will never come back here.
Coffee nice but the service was painfully slow. The tables are too close to each other so you end up hearing far too much of other peoples' conversations.
Prices are good friendly staff
Awful experience. Toilets were closed. Food was not very nice. Staff were rude.
