Craig aka.Grimebusters Neath spent a lot of time on our carpets. He seems quite the perfectionist and is obviously passionate about the end result (clean carpets). Craig suggested we simply clean away clutter and leave everything else to his own management (furniture & bigger items etc). Craig displayed a lot of knowledge on various Carpet Cleaning machines; e.g. to avoid the 'Rug Doctor' machine we'd considered hiring from Tesco as it damages underlay during soaking - Apparently he's been cleaning carpets since about 2004 and it shows with his knowledge. Craig assured me that his 'van mounted' equipment is state of the art (over £20k's worth) and would not leave the cleaning fluid soak through to my underlay (hence eliminating underlay damage). He was right, within a couple of hours the carpet was quite dry and good to walk on. I can't recommend Craig highly enough! My wife was surprised and commented how the carpets looked, felt and smelt brand new afterwards. Steve. Alltwen, Swansea. ps.Our 6 bed property was cleaned in day & half.
