Destroyed over £140 worth of clothing. Mixed in yellow clothes in with a white was which has destroyed all the whites. Also destroyed black hoodie on by putting it on a high heat was and dry cycle. Still charged me £32. So I'm out of pocket of £172 with ruined clothes. Her response was "I don't read labels" and "The yellow clothes must of been brand new". As if people mix yellow with whites. Not even offering me a penny back and says she has a sign which states clothes left at customers risk. Even though she has this sign legally it does not mean she is not responsible for the damage as every laundrette has a duty of care. Strongly suggest not to go here if you want your clothes taking care off like a normal laundrette.
