Decided to give this a go as it was the only place that wasn’t really busy. There were a few people but not many...this should have sent a message. Ordered from the lunch time meal deal which was two course for £18 but when the food arrived it was mediocre and not a lot better than I would do at home. The service was good and they offered unlimited refill soft drinks. It was just ok I perhaps wouldn’t go back!
Good food when you want something different. Food is always on time and I like their milkshakes as well.
Really disappointed with the food here, very bland and tasteless, poor presentation, the only good thing was the milkshakes. Staff were pleasant enough but will not be coming here again
Milkshakes and drinks were good. Starters were tasty Mains were poor, burgers full of gristle and rubbery, onion rings taste like donuts, chips still raw. Lettuce was the tastiest part of my meal, and I don't like salad. Service was good, probably due to us being the only people in their on a Thursday night from 7pm till 9pm.
The food is good, depending on what you get, and what you like. The milkshakes cannot be faulted, they’re delicious and silky. It’s a great place to hang out and socialise with your friends. Some of the staff are friendly and approachable, depending on who serves you. Stay for the shakes, don’t mind some of the food.
Thought I'd give this a try and to be honest I'm speechless.. walked in and was seated pretty quickly but then there was no-one really inside, which should have sent alarm bells ringing.. anyway looking through the menu me and partner decided to go for the burgers.. the kitchen area was open and I found it strange that I didn't hear any grill.. the smoke and smell of fresh cooked burgers.. when the burger arrived I was horrified at the aesthetics of the food. May I point out I am by no means fussy but when I see and eat food that had been blatantly microwaved.. the burger was cold and tasteless and had a piece of streaky bacon which looked like a plasticine cut out from a children's toy kitchen .. it's just no acceptable.. Others may have more pleasant experiences than i have but I am astounded that may be the case. Won't be going back... in more positive note my experience was not all bad I ended up walking to five guys for a proper burger and a milkshake...
First time was reccomend by a lady I was in hospital with was greated by a lovely young Man the service was awsome the food was stunning Starters meatballs Mains I had the steak husband had the burger route 66 Desert I had cheese cake husband had choc fudge cake Refils drinks will be returning manager said they are opening up In pontyclun in 6 weeks so will be going there. Went again this week end 16th june 18 stunning food again
quality of food didn’t match the price. steak wasn’t tender, overcooked. starters were ok. shakes were good. burgers were dry. i don’t recommend this restaurant
Shakes are really good and that’s all, we’ve been twice now and tried different foods and every main we have had has been really poor, really disappointed and won’t be eating there again. We will only go for the milk shakes and that’s it
Standard service to be honest. Food is Ok. I much rather Nandos!We was waiting ages for our food to arrive. We asked 2 different waiters how long it will take but none of them ever came back! Im in no hurry to go back
