Lovely jewellers. We travelled some distance to look at an omega watch they had in store. They put to one side for when we got there and offered a complimentary afternoon tea in their cafe, which was also lovely. Very pleased with my purchase and fantastic customer service

We have used this excellent jewellers for the last couple of years. We have bought , had valuations & repairs done. We would highly recommend , nice friendly staff . Thank you

Griffin jewellers prices apparently are just a guideline! Griffin jewellers will NOT sell you the item at the price advertised in the window! They will try mark up by £300! Apparently they can do this according to bridget the store manager! Although they do not have this clause written anywhere in public view!!! Maybe a call to trading standards and watchdog is in order! After expressing my dissatisfaction on social media I was offered a free coffee and cake. They informed me they could not honour the advertised price as this obviously would cause them to go out of business! Really they should have honoured the price to prevent bad reviews to ensure they do not go out of business!
