Went in and they were all very polite and helpful, didn't bug me like other shops do! But they'll also keep watch incase you need any help, prices are very reasonable and wont rob you of your money! The isn't bad as people make it out to be, they just complain cause they didn't get given enough money to pay for their drugs! 10/10 love this shop and the staff

Staff are a lovely bunch who work well together, they've always been great with us and they always offer us the best prices, beating other retailers. Any items we've wanted to return have been dealt with without worry. Never met a nicer staff team.
Was going to sell my thrustmaster t150 force feedback steering wheel and pedals which cost me £180 only a month ago and they said I will only get about £40 from them I will never shop there again or sell anything to them you are an absolute disgrace for a shop which is supposed to help people in need all you do is try to RIP people off
I have purchased a few items from here. From a photo to Jewellery. Great selection. The store is clean and well kept. The staff were very polite and helpful. The manager especially. Will definitely be using again.
Fantastic.....went in to part exchange my phone. Was offered a top price for mine and walked away with the phone I wanted. Excellent customer service too even helped me transfer everything onto my new phone so I didn't have to do it myself. Will definitely be back.
I arrived at the shop 15 minuets before closing time as I got out of work early to sell a few items. After waiting 10 I’m tuts I got told that I’d have to go back the next day as it was too late in the day. I left the store while ringing my fiancée. I returned today to sell the items and Got told I was abusive to staff for talking to my fiancée on the phone as I was leaving the store the day before, I calmly explained to the store staff that I was on the phone to my fiancée as we need money for a vet bill so I was explaining that we couldn’t sell the items today and would need to ring the vets and explain about not being able to pay that day. The cashier did not take any of it and told me to my face I was a lier, I asked for the area managers number and they did not give me it. I walked out of the store and stood by the entrance, I rang the head office number who politely gave me the number I needed during that phone call the same member of staff that refused giving me the area managers number came out with a peice of paper with the number on it and started to wave it in my face whiles talking over me when I was on the phone. This is totally unacceptable and still haven’t talked to the area manager. So if your thinking of going to the Bridlington store DONT TALK ON THE PHONE BECAUSE IT IS ABUSIVE to the staff
Staff at the bridlington store used to be friendly and very helpful. Since the staff changed I haven't had a good experience at all and find them very rude.. the staff could at least be polite while robbing us.. took my custom elsewhere
Usually love going here especially when a bit short on cash just before payday, there use to be a lovely women sue who use to work in the selling department who was very friendly fair and straight to point however their is now a new blonde women that works on the buy back bit who I found to be rather abit rude, abrasive and made something very simple rather difficult. I'd seen a bike I liked they were selling and brought mine to get valued so I new how much difference I'd need, she asked me how much I wanted and I said the most you can offer as I would like this bike you've got, she originally said she may be able to offer abit more if I buy bike on the day for which I said fine but she then asked me again how much I wanted and yet again I said as much as you can offer. She then went on to say well your bike is old and all bikes have disc brakes nowadays it oldish but good condition and make is giant revel and all new custom parts and mine had the disc brakes and just would not give me a price. I explained I didn't want to give her a price cause if it was less then they would of been willing to give me if be ripping myself off. Anyway she continued to refuse to answer me and looked rather smug so I ended up leaving and am now going to pay 300 for a new bike from some where else which I could and wanted to spend there. She seriously needs a attitude adjustment. And then today I take my xbox one x in for buy back and the bloke who I think is a manger or assistant only offer me 128 for it even though they sell it in window for 350 and are supposed to price match cex 200 and as its cheaper than a payday loan I had to do it. Not happy.
Got a ps4 from them and it was broke. So was the controller. The controller kept drifting. Went in to trade/swap cos warranty hadnt ended by then, and they just said they cant do anything about it. Also got a phone from there. A sony experia and that broke 3 days of having it. Big white lines going down the screen. Also bought a ps3 from there too, and it just shuts down randomly. Just turns off on its own and wont turn back on for couple of hrs. The controller they gave me with it was discounted and thats broken too. Dont trust these holding my water never mind with anything else. Advice.. Dont go to cash express. Go to cex. Even Cex is better than these. Hate them. CEX ALL THE WAY!
