The Griffin offers something for everyone which includes our famous fantastic Rotisserie chicken, children's play area and stunning garden area.

Story

A converted Inn located on the outskirts of Bedworth and Nuneaton fully refurbished in November 2013 to a high standard. The Griffin offers something for everyone which includes our famous fantastic Rotisserie chicken and an extensive menu which is enhanced by our home-made traditional British specials. We serve meals for any occassion, from sandwiches and light bites to all the classic, whether it be lunch, an afternoon snack or a evening meal nothing is too much trouble. Food is served all day and we can accomodate large parties. Evening sunshine? Come and see our spectacular garden with table service in our 40 seater pagoda, with working fire place. We also provide an extensive range of draught beers, great selection of cask ales and a wide selection of wines. As well as Offering full table service, we believe the Griffin is the perfect location for any occasion. Darren and the team look forward to welcoming you.

The menu has a wide variety of main dishes to choose from. Pricing is very reasonable. Service is a little slow but very friendly and dishes all come out together. Good deals on cocktails and a selection of craft beers available (Some non-alcoholic options). Portion size is generous and the food tastes good.

The poor waitress was under so much pressure because apparently half the staff have left to get other jobs Please don't blame her for telling us because she had to give a good reason why we waited 20 minutes before getting acknowledged and she said we probably wouldn't get served for another hour so then we left. Under the circumstances you lost lots of custom because to wait for an hour before getting your meal is totally unacceptable. Your menu was excellent and we were looking forward to it. We went to your neighbouring Marston's pub the corner house and they were really very good Please sort your problem out it's a great venue going to waste

Enjoyed a tasty dinner. I only ordered a main course as the portions seemed huge. Although not as big as the queue of people who were waiting for a table on a Saturday night.

Staff where grate but the food is over priced for the quality of the product. Are kids had opted for the cheese nachos. This was simple grated cheese on nachos microwaved. It was only a cheep dish however they had been clearly left under the hot lamp and coincidentally had the consistency of concrete. The rest of the food was over cooked too.

Poor, booked in advance the manageress attempted to say we were late for our booking,..and we had been cancelled. After noting out to her the actual time and that I could see the actual booking for which we were 10 mins early.. we were seated in a room with a private party with 20 strangers that we did not know. Uncomfortable! Food and beer was average and overpriced, I paid for a side order which consisted of 4 over cooked onion rings. Clearly messed up and when I told the manageress she tried to blame one of the waitresses . Great management , I could actually hear them saying they had messed up,.. Won’t be returning,
