New refurbished version of the shop is extremely clean, standard service, only problem is if you order coffee most staff forget to ask what size so if it’s not regular try to remember and let them know. A few times they will make me a cup, and forget to ask so I forget to tell them that I would have liked them to make me a large so when you change their mind they don’t see if as they’re mistake for refusing to ask which you prefer instead they will give you a dirty look for not telling them as I  request they make me a cup again but large instead. So not the best staff they could offer.

Half hearted staff with an even worse example for a manager. I am a proud greggs customer, however this store promotes no basic leadership skills and no pride in their efforts. Such a shame to tarnish the name of a reputable high street brand!
