Ok so it's a chain and each store can be individual, but my local store in Bangor were really pushy and intimidating from the very second I walked in mistaken perception that I didn't know what I came in for. They didn't have what I felt comfortable in and got pushy with me to get a tailor fit suit in spite of my repeated statements that such fits do not fit me comfortably. In the end I made up excuses and left and will never go into the Bangor store again. Come to Llandudno and treated a LOT better and was actually listened to by an assistant named Keith. Knew what I wanted and did the utmost to find everything I needed with no pushing for things I didn't want or need. 200% satisfied with Keith's efforts and was happy with the set I bought. Therefore I'm not avoiding Greenwoods altogether now as it took just a different branch to make one bad experience into a great one. P.S: Keith is a top man and deserved a lot of recognition for class A* service. Listening to customers is a big part of the service.
Didn't realise the business had moved but good signage in the old shop. Called at the new shop which is bright and airy and well laid out. Hope they have kept all of the staff.
Bought a suit, wore it once and stitching came undone on jacket, took it back and would not do anything about it. Appalling after sales service!
