This is a very nice clean site. The parking bays are plenty big enough, and all have an electric hook up, fresh water tap, and grey water drainage. Te toilets and showers aren't the best that I've seen, but they were clean and the water hot. The site is close to Crathes Castle we will definitely be returning.
brilliant people,lovely clean accomadation,have stayed in chalets acouple of times always imaculate,the caravan pitches are also great value very peacefull.
I am just back from here, David and his wife are fantastic, very friendly, and helpful. I have MS, and because there was no seats to sit out and enjoy the sunshine or the lovely evenings David found us two chairs.. Thank You it was very appreciated. I want to give this 5 * but there was no cutlery etc.. This is not a complaint, just that my husband had to get in the car again after driving 3 1/2 hours.. Tired and wanted to rest... he went to buy the supplies But all in I REALLY WANTED TO STAY ANOTHER NIGHT, even though I was all packed and ready to go... The words were on the tip of my tongue to ask if this was possible.. But you do have FREE WIFI Donation Box.. Courtesy not requested , MICROWAVE, & A BRILLIANT BARBECUE. & Heating..... We will be back... Jane from Motherwell HIGHLY RECOMMEND June 18-21St 2018. We were very comfy in the upland pod, loved the 3 night stay. David is very helpful, his lovely wife is super at keeping the pods, toilets etc clean. Definitely a 5* this stay from Jane & Ian. Thanks Again David! Very clean and cosy glamping pod by the river with everything we needed. Toilets had just been renovated and WiFi available on site. Owners very friendly.
Excellent facilities. Clean, modern, spacious shower and toilet just the one for non caravan club members, they have their own but wasn't busy. Upland pod was super with loads of room there were just 2 of us but could accommodate 3 or 4 potentially. 1 double and one single comfortable sprung mattress and a sofabed. Kettle, cold water tap and sink, fridge, microwave, flat screen TV with soundbar. Free WiFi. Plenty of power sockets and a room heater if required....it wasn't. Bring your own linen/blankets/pillow/sleeping bag as advised on the website. £15 per person per night. Excellent value. Cowshed restaurant is 7 min drive away. Recommended.
Had a lovely time meeting family and the owners were lovely and accommodating..the site was clean and ablutions blocks was kept tidy.

This is a lovely campsite it also has some beautiful lodges. If your looking for some where that is quite, this is the place for you. Please remember to take everything you need with you as the nearest shops are 8 minutes drive away we walk. The toilet facilities and shower are very clean and well kept. In my my boyfriend’s words “just a lovely site” I would definitely agree.
Had a fab weekend here with the kids. Site is in a lovely setting and close to amenities in Banchory. We stayed in one of the glamping cabins by the burn, plenty room inside and cozy in the evenings. Toilets were spotless and warm, shower was fab. Had a deer feeding across from us both mornings. Some lively walks across the Road too so was great for the dog. Highly recommended. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Spotless little cl. Helpful and friendly owner. Showers good. Lovely views. Large pitches. Great that taps and waste water point on each one.
