My wife and I have just had a 'Munch' chicken, bacon and caesar wrap for lunch which I bought this morning at W H Smiths at Manchester Airport. They were absolute rubbish. Just stodgy dough with hardly any filling. What filling there was was an unrecognisable paste. An absolute disgrace. Did not deserve even one star.

I just bought triple brunch, egg, sausage and bacon. I have never eaten worse sandwich, it was disgusting taste! If I wanted to make something like that at home, it is no possible to mess it up as you had. Really people, is there anybody as chef in your company? Who is checking quality of products, how can you sell this horrible stuff. I bought one of your 'sandwiches' two days ago, it was ham salad I think. Wasn't happy at all, but this brunch triple... disaster.
