If you go to this store...bring the "exact" change because they don't do change, even though it's not a cashless shop??? No signs just no change ever... Not even £8 worth To be honest every time I go into this chemist there's always something wrong, it's like it's cursed with misrable people who hate there jobs that don't have any customer service skills.
Used these for 30 years, they are all so helpful and kind. Father and son are a great team! Girls behind the counter are lovely
Friendly and professional service but they don't stick to their published openings times. Not great, especially for a Chemist.
I've just been to this pharmacy to collect lateral flow tests for me and for the person have been looking after since COVID, who has an underline health condition and is really terrified about the virus. The lady did not let me explain why I had two codes and was very rude and said they did not care about the government or NHS website, they were just giving one per person because they were too low in stock. This can make sense if the person is collecting two for the same household. Unfortunately, she kept shouting at me, with anger without giving me the chance to explain the other one was for a person who does not live with me, but to who I help. She went on and on and when I said I think you have said enough we should finish this conversation she said fine, don't ever call or come back. I have never been treated with such disrespect. If I knew where to put a formal complaint I would do it, this person should not be working in a pharmacy, as clearly does not have manners, customer service skills or the right human attitude o listen to what people need to say when collecting medicines or other related products. This woman was very aggressive and had no consideration for other customers when she was shouting at me.
My GP made a mistake with my prescription and the pharmacist called me to let me know. Much appreciated!
Very pleasant young man who was waiting for me by the door as they were just closing, my husband needed antibiotics urgently from an emergency doctor, very helpful indeed, thanku.
Very rude No customer service skills what so ever! Ill rather walk the 20 mins down to west Wickham then come here again... iv been avoiding it anyways and the one time I come back I get shouted at across the store. Never again
Always friendly and helpful - prescriptions sorted very quickly .
Always very helpful, anything not in stock can be ordered for he following day.
Very speedy prescription service, always polite and helpful.
