I tried to buy some flowers this evening and before driving through Pangbourne I checked online until what time the shop was opened on Saturday - it indicated 17.30 in line with what was displayed on the shop window. When we arrived at 17.05 we entered the shop and the shop assistant said the shop was closed. When I mentioned that both online as well as the shop window indicate 17.30, I received a muffled excuse that all flowers were sold. When I then proposed to buy a made up piece of flowers displayed indoors, I was told everything was cashed in so no further purchases were possible. If ever one needed a textbook example of how to not to go about treating your customers, go to this flower shop.

Green Parlour has always been happy to help when we need a nice bouquet to give to our clients when they move into their new home. The team are friendly and professional and we know that we count count on Paul to always deliver a beautiful bouquet to suit our needs. I would happily recommend Green Parlour.

The service from Green Parlour is second to none. I know that I can ring them up and speak to a knowledgable and passionate member of staff every time that can always pick the right bouquet for the occasion. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

It's like having my own 4th emergency service team. Emma and the team always know exactly what flowers to send for any occasion and respond very quickly. On occasions when the person who I am sending flowers to is out I get a phone call to ask what would I prefer to happen next. Thank you all at Green Parlour.
