Great flower bouquets, reasonable prices for the quality you get

Brilliant service, very happy with my purchase the arrangement was beautiful and lasted a long time. I went into the shop last week and it's beautiful. Full of choices and the ladies were very helpful. Will deffiantly be returning to order more.

This was the first time I had used Georgies but it won't be the last - beautiful flowers, delivered just at the right time after a very pleasant and helpful phone conversation to help me decide, and my partner was absolutely delighted. Perfect florist, highly recommended.

I picked Georgies florist as I wanted to use a little independent florist and help out a local business, however I received the absolute worst service from this business. They are completely incapable of delivering wedding flowers to the standard and spec you request. I had two consultations and was disappointed both times. I ended up moving florist 3 weeks before my wedding and spending double what I would have at this florist as I felt confident in what my new florist was delivering. 
The customer service and communication from the owner was dismal, my mum, mother in law and best friend were all less than impressed by her "can't be bothered" attitude and staff spoke negatively about other customers ("bridezillas") during my visit. I also waited 7 weeks to receive an invoice from her that I had to repeatedly chase.
They refunded my deposit 3 weeks before my wedding and told me they have never done that before however whilst I visited the shop on a previous occasion a member of staff had told me they offered to do the same for someone else only a few weeks prior to me.
I'm sure this is a great florist just to pick up the odd bouquet of flowers but do not get your wedding flowers done here! They just aren't equipped to deliver that kind of order and I would hate for anyone's famalies to be as disappointed as mine were. There are much better florists elsewhere.
