Top service, friendly bar staff. Good atmosphere. Decent pint of Guinness.

Fantastic boozer was made to feel really welcome and had more than enough tvs to show all champions league games
First time that I've visited this pub in a while. I was impressed. The beer was good, the pub nicely presented and the option to watch cricket is a real incentive when Rowner CC are playing at weekends.
Two separate sides - the right side is a lounge, the left side is the primary pub area. I like this idea, it's a bit crammed when it gets busy as they've effectively halved their indoor space, but it was quite decent. I haven't been in there since renovations years ago so it was a pleasant surprise. The drinks are expensive but I'm sure this is commonplace everywhere now. The outside area is cosy and has heaters which adds a nice touch.
Plenty of outside space, very dog friendly and clean toilets. Beer decent price too.
Great local. Couldnt fault it as a proper pub.
Called in for a quick couple of pints whilst staying in the "prem' Inn" around the corner. Sky sports, jukebox, darts, pool, a decent pint at a sensible price and friendly service = a quality locals pub who made me feel welcome
