We recently used Green Door Electrical on a subcontract basis after our client was let down at the last minute. I contacted the team late in the afternoon, with an urgent request for PAT testing at a property we were accessing to conduct a Legionella risk assessment. We only had a small window in which to complete all the works as the new tenants were due to move in. Green Door arrived promptly on site at 10am the following morning and the two engineers worked professionally and swiftly to ensure everything was completed on time. I highly recommend Green Door Electrical to anyone looking for a reliable and reactive service. Thanks!
Asked Green Door to do variety of small electrical jobs around my home & garden. Detailed quote given, based on notes taken on visit; and they easily accommodated changes I later requested. Arrived promptly, worked hard throughout, explained things clearly, and cleaned up nicely. Reasonable costs I had other quotes. Very friendly & helpful team; and I would certainly use them again.
I have used Green Door Electrical on many occasions and I completely 100% recommend them. Super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, straight forward advice and good value for money too! They are tidy taking their shoes off at the door and their service cannot be rivalled. 100% recommended.

Andy fitted new remote control heaters throughout my home and new fusebox. Very pleased with the work and the short time it took to complete. Will be using them again for the electrical work when my new bathroom is fitted. Highly recommended.
Visited the website and requested a quote for remedial work and the instalation of a consumer unit. Andy visited to survey the work and advised that a qoute would be imminent. Three weeks later I have still had no contact although I have requested them via the Green Door website and several telephone calls to the 5* admin team; promises for a quote were not followed up by them!
Andy and Kerry at Green Door are excellent, Kerry was great at coordinating the work I needed and explaining what would happen. Andy was friendly and professional and carried out the work quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Andy from Green Door was everything that you would hope for from an electrician but rarely get - on time,polite, neat and tidy worker, high quality work and installation and competitively priced. I would highly reccomend him to anyone needing an electricain in the North Somerset area.
I don't think they are in business any more. I need at least four new double sockets , some existing sockets moving for a new kitchen layout and new light fittings installed. Phoned many times - eventually got an answer. A pleasant gentleman came around, noted the requirement saying a quote would follow soon. He mentioned that the boss does the quotes but he has "broke his ankle". Waited for about 6 weeks but heard nothing and after many attempts to raise them on the phone, I decided to pay them a visit in person. The shop at west hill mentioned something about it being closed due to a dispute over the lease but they were otherwise open for business. Ironically, on their shop front it mentioned they are quick to respond and that no job is too small! While driving around Portishead I came across the Green door van. The guy who came to take the details for the quote was getting out. I parked up and enquired as to how the quote was coming along. He vaguely remembered, apologised, said something about "the boss loosing the plot" then promised to revisit the requirement soon. That was at least five weeks ago.
We used Green Door to install LED lights at our retail store. They were knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and reasonably priced. Recommended.
