My car had to return for better finishing, then, after a short while the new daylight running light they fitted failed, so car had to go back again. Eventually the car was repaired satisfactorily.
Gemini repaired my BMW after an accident involving severe damage to the front. They were quick to respond, collected my car from home, left an almost new courtesy car did a quick and efficient repair and delivered it back to my home. When a small problem was noticed they sent a technician the next day and sorted the problem immediately. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and competent, great bunch of people. From beginning to end - the team at Gemini have been informative, communicative and overall exceptional! Accident repairs are a stressful experience at the best of times but especially in the lead up to Christmas, after 2 big wild storms and in a new job which requires travel and essentially my car operating as a mobile office - these guys incredibly took all the stress out of the experience! Absolute wizardry! Marie on reception is outstanding and I'm sorry I don't know the names of my courtesy car drop off driver, the team who worked on my car, the chap who took my follow up enquiries and phoned me back with a progress update, or the gent who dropped my car back to me - you were all fantastic! Thank you! Will happily recommend to anyone who finds themselves in need of repairs.
Excellent and freindly customer service! My car had been sent to Gemini by the insurance company it had been written off in an accident. I wanted to stop by and pick up the roof bars as they were quite expensive. On arrive the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, she offered one of the mechanics to come and help me take the bars off my old car. I couldn't remember how to do it so he called for another mechanic to help. The long short of it is that it took them both some time and it looked like the barrs wouldn't come off, despite this the two mechanics kept trying and eventually managed it. I was so pleased as they were very happy to help and didn't charge me for their time either.
Really impressed, car was collected quickly and courtesy car was offered. Repairs done in a timely and professional manner. Richard who collected and dropped off the car was brilliant, really knowledgeable and helpful and just went the extra mile for me. 10/10 would recommend.
They came collected my van and dropped it off also cleaned it inside and out the guys were really friendly and they done an excellent job on my damage I don’t do many reviews but they were excellent so I thought I’d make the effort for a great jobServices: Painting
Fantastic service, from dropping off a courtesy car to bringing back my vehicle in just a few days. Great job too - I couldn't tell the difference. Friendly staff on the phone to take payment.
If I could leave zero stars I would! The manager from the Hengrove branch is extremely rude and obnoxious. Added extra costs to my insurance quoting 3200 making my car a cat c right off although my car is mechanically sound. I got a quote from another garage and they quoted 1700 maximum. When I went to collect my car to take it to the other garage I was told he hasn't got time to put my lights and bumper back on and that I would have to wait till Monday even then it might not be ready! I spoke to my insurance and they got the garage to put it back together. I collected my car today and couldn't believe my eyes. The extra damage they caused to my property is disgusting! When I arrived my bumper and lights were put back on however my fog light was missing!! When I questioned a member of staff he didn't know where my fog light was and said he will get the manager to ring me on Monday. When I got in my car to drive off my car was sluggish and making a noise which it wasnt before it got taken to this poor excuse of a garage! I am completely disgusted at the service I have received.

AVOID Car was returned late after the repair. When attempting to discuss potential additional damage to the car while out for repair and the fact that the car was returned with significantly less fuel than when it was taken, the manager Jeff was aggressive, rude and dismissive. Terrible customer service. Repair itself seems OK.
