Dreadful. Bought a watch for Christmas which I loved and took great care of it. Went to Italy in July and so altered it by an hour and the winder fell off. They will not repair it under warranty as they said it was accidental damage. Absolute rubbish. It was the first time I had need to change the hour hand and I was very careful. They don't deserve one star which is a shame because I thought they were reputable.

This is really the only place to go for beautiful jewellery for that special occasion. Some of it is still designed/made by Shane and all the staff are very helpful. Don't expect cheap from G & B, just contemporary design and beautiful combinations of gems and metals. Always nice to have a look in, don't be put off by being buzzed through the door, you have to be careful in a small shop with personal service.
