We were given attention as soon as we entered the shop and assisted very well in our purchase by Andy, the shop assistant. I wasn't quite so pleased that I would have to wait an hour to get a new battery in my watch, last week it was only half an hour to do the  same in another watch of mine.

I reserved the watch I wanted online and was told by email that it was available two days after,  the price was very competitive compared to both local and online retailers. The staff there were friendly and knowledgable and also had a free bracelet altering service if needed, and I was also offered a optional 12 month insurance on the watch. There was also extra services if needed such as battery replacement and a repair service.  Overall I was really pleased with the whole experience and would definitely buy from them again.

Had my granddaughters ears pierced here. Price very reasonable with choice of earrings, all very professionally carried out, polite and friendly service. Follow up advice given on how to look after the piercings. Very happy with everything

Staff went the extra mile, offered to repair my miss shaped wedding ring, polished my wife's current ring whilst we purchased a replacement band for her. Chesterfield store, I would commend them to everyone.

Excellent, friendly service from staff who really understand their products and clearly put customer satisfaction first. Not the first time I've had great service from F Hinds at this shop and won't be the last.

Bought a present for my mother in law, the staff were helpful and helped answer any questions we had. a wide range of quality products. Would highly recommend.
