Completely useless. Was told by the police to go to the Council to obtain CCTV , when i get there , i get told that apparently the council doesn't give out the CCTV recordings and that apparently police do. I was also given a number to call by a lady at the desk which was supposed to be for the "town center manager" to help me get the CCTV which finds out wasn't an actual number at all. I ended up going back to the Police station and they had explained to me that council saying that they can't provide me with CCTV is completely absolute nonsense and that it is their duty to provide CCTV when asked. The Lady at the desk at the council office didn't seem to be bothered about the situation AT ALL. it was more of her trying to get rid of me as fast as possible by giving me false numbers to call.

Dont answer the phone dont respond to emails and charge you for parking out side of your own house good 👍
