Very very rude man came to appointment an hourl earlier than HE arranged, then complained we weren’t ready for him! Rude throughout visit and even ruder on leaving when he said we should’ve been up anyway! He has no idea our jobs etc. would never use

Went to the Dec 2 day Auction, it was freezing unacceptably freezing, what a cheek expecting customers to sit for hours in an absolutely freezing auction room, not a heat source anywhere!!!

Quality lots for auction Arts  and Crafts items went for sensible prices Friendly and helpful staff.

Well unfortunately there so called Chinese expert is not an expert.I had the real deal with certificates of authenticity,sadly he couldn’t recognise that.

Wasnt impressed with paul who came to our house. Didnt touch anything. Kept hands in pocket. Just said everything was for charity shop. Then complained our house was dark. Found him very rude. He was in and out in 4 mins. Stay clear of these auctioneers. I thought they would be professional

What an absolute joke of an Auctioneering Company. On taking a large consignment of Gemstones...mainly Sapphires into them, I was met by a Hippy looking woman who said she was a Gemologist but she didn't have a clue how to value my stones. She just couldn't be bothered to look through them !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS  !!!!

Love this auction. Staff are cheery, friendly, helpful and treat everyone the same. Anita Manning is so down to earth and gives us a laugh with her good humour. You can get some good buys and it's interesting watching people bidding against each other. Downstairs is where the furniture auction takes place. You can get something to eat and a hot drink at a reasonable price. You can take items along Tuesday to Thursday up to 4pm and get the items valued. Would highly recommend this auction. Pay it a visit as you won't be disappointed. Well done to all the staff at Great Western Auctions
