Ordered a burger and a chicken sub for my partner and I, with drinks. Prices were reasonable. Food was delicious and fresh. Good choice of guest ales. Quiet traditional feeling pub. Also has a jukebox. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you, my partner had a great birthday.Food: 5/5

What a fabulous pub. Went for the 1st time last Saturday night 27-1-24 to meet a few mates and watch the band Three's A Crowd they had got on. Pub was packed. Very nice atmosphere, staff were superb and the music was amazing. Will definitely be going again and can highly recommend
One of my fave places to go all year round. The indoor & outdoor areas are always spotlessly clean. Recently visited for a baby shower, the garden & indoor shed have been renovated and looks fabulous! The food is always great, the buffet for the baby shower was lovely, it had a variety for everyone loved that some came with bowls of sauce which many places don’t think of! the staff are always friendly and Jan is always a great host!
Great place when a band is on. You get served quickly. The only downfall is that it's quite small in there, but great atmosphere.Service: 4/5
Attending a baby shower at the weekend, held in the lovely barn. It looked so lovely, the buffet food was amazing, Jan & her team were lovely, very friendly and we didn’t have to wait long for a drink even though it was packed! Great pub, hidden gem.Food: 5/5
Been here a few times now and the food has been great on each visit, especially the katsu chicken curry and the fish and chips! Staff are friendly and helpful, and the inside and outside spaces are clean and tidy. You can order at the bar or at your table via an app. Only thing that would make it better would be a Sunday roast, hopefully they'll introduce one. Oh, and some of the language from the regulars can be a bit 'strong', so as long as you don't mind that you'll enjoy it here.
Can't comment on the food as I was meeting some friends for a few drinks. The courtyard was lively, drinks were reasonable and it was a great hard to find traditional local pub. Friendly people and staff..Food: 4/5
