Great Budworth Ice Cream Farm is a cute little place to visit for a sweet treat. They sell ice creams in tubs, cones, bowls, on waffles, as a sundae, milkshakes, light lunches, tea and coffee, and an assortment of cakes. They have outdoor, under cover and indoor seating. A small area for children to play and some chickens and goats to see and you can buy some feed to feed them. This is a great place for anyone to visit, family with children, walkers, bicycle riders, anyone. They have a good carpark and toilets on site. Everytime we have been the whole area, table and chairs have been nice and clean and service has been very friendly and efficient. They are a short distance walk into Great Budworth too. Highly recommend a visit here!
Nice cafe and good ice cream, small enclosure with some goats to feed and free range chickens. Good place to take the kids and enjoy an ice cream and snack at the cafe. There was a sunflower maze but check if it's still intact.
Lovely little place. Young staff at the counter were soo nice and soo polite. I had a coffee and my husband a black cherry and son a vanilla ice cream. Both said the ice cream was good quality.
Oh my word! Absolutely gorgeous ice cream - I had the coconut and it was lush - they don't stock dog ice cream so got mine a plain vanilla but a lovely place, fantastic home made ice cream. Water bowls provided for dogs and a lovely setting. Clean and pandemic awareness very good. Looking forward to becoming regularish visitors! It's not on our doorstep - I really wish it was - but the drive will be worth it!
Delicious ice cream and the kids had a great time playing.
Loads of choice of cakes, my hot choc wasn't good, it was made with water and not milk so disappointing. I would go back again but have a different drink.
Good place for the kids. Prices are okay. Not amazing but not too expensive. Good range of flavours, and nice play area for the kids. There's an adventure trail with a maze made out of maize which is pretty cool. Unfortunately, it's £4 each. You get a free ice cream, but if you already bought one that's a bit pricey for walking the family of four round a field. £1 for five minutes on bouncy castle also seemed a bit steep. Similar places we've been have been 50p with no time limit.
Lovely local ice cream parlour but with so much more. Does a really nice selection of hot and cold food and ice cream is delicious. The three young women working behind the counter were really nice. Went the extra mile and v friendly. Also has a nice sitting area with a few kids slides and stuff. Carpark on opposite side of road with a sort of petting zoo with a few sheep and other animals. A little bit expensive but quality usually is. All in all a nice way to spend a few hours with family and friends. Will definitely be going back.
Absolutely stunning and delicious ice-cream. Definitely worth a trip, feed the animals and try to crack the sunflower maze code. A lovely unexpected detour today meant we found this lovely place. Highly recommend!
A favourite destination for an ice cream and pot of tea on a hot day. Great range of flavours although some are rather bland. Good, friendly service and plenty of space to sit indoors or out. Clean loos and an opportunity to visit the goats, cows and chickens too.
