I needed two key matched euro barrels of different lengths for my front and back door. I emailed various places including manufacturers, all of whom were not able to help. Grays on the other hand were able to craft the locks to order and were really helpful. John in particular took time to explain the different security levels and had the job sorted for me within a couple of hours. Price was good value for the quality and workmanship on the locks. Great service. Great company.

Just updating my review to say how fantastic this firm are and how helpful and professional Danny has been. Recently moved house so needed to change 3 locks. All done within minutes and even helped with an adjustment to a door that was out of alignment. Thank you again. From 2 years ago: Amazing firm - highly recommended. I called Grays after a back door hinge broke, making it very difficult to close and lock. The gent Henry? on the phone was very friendly and helpful even though I didn't have a clue what I was looking at. I was surprised they had someone free the same day. Matt arrived quickly, did a thorough job, explained what he was doing and gave me advice. What a lovely chap! I will definitely call Grays again in future and will recommend to all. Thanks guys.
Great knowledge, advice and expertise from John. The Internet was not helpful with providing help with getting a spare key cut for my 2015 Honda Crosstourer motorbike but a conversation with John when I visited the shop soon cleared that up. Great customer service from Grays Locksmiths. I'd definitely recommend them.
Alex and Danny did and excellent job. My house had bent walls, yes they persevered to ensure the grills were as operational as possible and left the house clean before they left. Good price too. Definitely deserve a pay rise !

I took my broken car key fob here today and John the locksmith was just fabulous! I was expecting to leave the key with them however John managed to do the repair there and then! Highly reccomend Grays locksmith! The staff was so pleasant including the lovely lady I spoken to on the phone! And so reasonably priced! Fantastic service from start to finish. 100% would go back and 100% reccomend this company.
