Absolutely fantastic service! Called late morning, work completed by mid afternoon the same day to a very high standard. Broken gearbox leading to a jammed external door which was open and wouldn't close let alone lock left me in quite a pickle. Both the gentleman on the phone and Luke, the engineer who came out to conduct the work were thoroughly pleasant. Even more so, were trustworthy and transparent. This provided great reassurance in a situation when I felt quite vulnerable and could have been exploited. The work was conducted quickly to high quality and my door is now operating the best it ever has. All for a very reasonable price. So glad I stumbled across Grays and will be certainly turning to them first for any help needed in the future!
I would highly recommend Gray's Locksmith to anyone! Danny is such a professional, he came very quickly and was so friendly. In the space of a week mine and my friends locks were jammed in our flat and he put us at ease, ensuring we got back into our rooms safely after our landlords wouldn’t answer our phone calls. Definitely use Gray’s if you find yourself in this type of situation.
Amazing service from Grays locksmith from the moment the lady answered my call even offered later the same day, I opted for an alternative day due to work . Danny arrived on schedule, diagnosed the fault , unfortunately it was not a lock that was carried on the van , so the part was ordered Danny and Alex arrived today to fit the new lock. Two extremely polite Professional gentlemen, no fuss no mess, just got on with the job in hand.I would highly recommend Grays locksmith to anyone
Excellent customer service from the first initial call to completion of the job, this company cannot be faulted. Danny, who attended to carry out the repair of my lock on the front door, attended earlier than scheduled and soon diagnosed the fault. He expedited repairs immediately keeping me informed at all times and was respectful of my property. I would definitely recommend this company and should the need arise again, would have no doubts in contacting them
Danny was great on both visits. He Explained everything to us and really put us at ease knowing our door was secure. Very friendly and reliable. Definitely will use Grays again.
Danny arrived just after an hour from making the call to Grays. Within 10 minutes we were in and more importantly getting a cuppa! Danny was very professional, polite, and explained everything he was doing. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Had a break-in during the early hours of the night, tried 3 different places and they stated it would be at least 12 hours before someone can attend. I rang Jo and 48 minutes later she arrived, did a fantastic job quickly, and charged a very reasonable fee. Would highly recommend

Phoned for an emergency and was told it would be quite a few hrs till someone was available. Within 30mins Joanne contacted and promised to be with us in 15mins. Kept to her promise and addressed the issue we had with our front door. Absolutely outstanding service and reasonably price aswell. Joanne was pleasant, polite, kind and very professional and very efficient. I couldn't ask for a better service we will definitely use you again and I would highly recommend this company. If you're lucky to get Joanne, she will do you a great service.
