Very nice setting either inside or on a good day outside, friendly service and limited food items.
But... When you get your meal you will not be hungry for long.
Excellent play area for children.

We love this place, although we rarely go for the shop itself. Its the cafe and the play area everytine with young kids. Well worth the 20 minute drive. Excellent service, lovely food and a great playground for the kids. The alpacas are always happy to say hello too.

I paid a visit to Parc y bocs (in wales) . The food was beautiful and you should definitely have the raspberry lemonade it is very divine . It is very child friendly with reserves specifically for them however it is also pet friendly . My cat didn’t get on with the kids or any of the other animals (especially the chicken he wanted to eat them so bad but we said that only McDonald’s do that ) . So lovely for humans but do not go if u r a cat x

I wanted to like this place more than I actually did. I went for coffee and the piped music was intrusive. My colleague and I were the only ones in our section, so I politely asked for it to be turned down. The staff member didn’t react helpfully or tactfully. Then, when ready for a refill, counter staff ignored me, while notices confused me about whether it was table service (was that why I was ignored?!!) It is somewhere I would characterise as: the management have invested in the place, but not sufficiently in the staff and nuances that create right atmosphere.
