We have bought several cars from Gravells and decided to change again. I rang Gravells to make enquiries and spoke to a lovely chap called Gareth. He explained everything we needed to know and decided to pay him a visit. I have 2 words to describe him. Bloody Marvellous. He went through everything he was patient, on collection of the car I forgot my driving licence and my husband had to go back to get it. He did not make me feel bad at all. He is the best! Also he is very good at dog minding when you go for a test drive. 12/10 for service. Pitty everyone wasnt like him! Thank you
