My husband and I have been using Grassy Bank Garden Services to keep our garden neat and tidy for over two years now and do not recognise the poor reviews, which do not reflect our experiences. We have always found the team to be friendly, reliable and hardworking. Also, we have always been contacted, in advance, if for some reason they have been unable to make an appointment. We are so pleased with their work, that we have recommended them to family and friends who may be in need of their services.
To add to what my daughter has already said. Extremely pleased with my garden transformation, it’s absolutely stunning. The guys were very professional and friendly and went the extra mile, they had great ideas too. The work was carried out to a very high standard promptly and efficiently. I know in check a trade they are rated 10/10, and rightly so, in my opinion they are master craftsmen. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
Grassy bank garden services have been looking after my garden for over 3 years. They have turned an "ok"garden into a beautiful garden and there is still more to be done. They are very friendly and hard working. Have good ideas what needs to be done in the planting and landscaping. I would certainly recommend them.
Very pleased with the work Grassy Bank Garden Services carried out on my parent's garden, would not think twice about using them again. They were very professional and really cared about their work. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Absolutely disgusted with the service. We were told to expect them between 3pm and 4pm, got a phone call at 3:57 to say will be there at 4:30 only to get a text at 4:15 to say will not be attending with not so much as an apology!. Bearing in mind that this a bank holiday Monday, a rare day off from a very busy work schedule which we had previously communicated. But the worst of it was we cut short our granddaughter's 3rd birthday celebrations! Beyond disappointed. All because we were repeatedly told that they are extremely busy and we are lucky to be fitted in! Absolutely fuming. Only got 1 star as we couldn't rate a zero.
Installed a new front lawn and some hard landscaping. A very good job. Clean and tidy. Left the site as they found it. Wound recommend them for anyone requiring gardening work done.
