Obtained an insurance premium fianance from this company via the insurance company. The direct debit was set by the insurance company. Never received any email or letter from them about fianance agreement Interest rates A.P.R and T&C. Direct debit going every month presuming that I am paying the premium of £930.01 when one day after summing all the payments I realized that I had paid £1046.25 they had charged me £116.25 for £930.01 premium finance with 12.50% p.a and 43.7% APR. They send me the agreement contract in an not secure not encrypted email with my log in details for the agreement after I finished paying it when I called the insurance broker for explanation.
