The staff are great but waiting times are ridiculous as it's the only branch you can dive to and park near for free. Branches were closed and not everyone is willing to bank online or the things they need to do can not be done online. Very poor service for these customers!

Whilst the service IS polite and friendly, be prepared for a VERY long wait. There are not enough counters open to cope with the amount of customers. I visited twice - hoping the queue would be less after the lunchtime (14:20) rush, but the second time (15:40) - many counters 'blinds down'. Maybe if the branch was modernised there would be less need for staffed counters and those people able to use atomated banking could. Very probably quicker to drive into town, park and walk to the main branch! "Shop Local" - hmmmmm...Not if "local" can't cope. I've written this review whilst in the queue and could easily have written another 2 at least.

Can be very busy around lunchtime. Very handy for out of town banking.
