Really nice owners and care about what you want and need very helpful also happy to take something back if you had chosen the wrong item and would gladly give you your money back if no other item was available great service and really friendly staff will use as part of my weekly shopping in town
Nice little shop that stocks a lot of item's, staff knowledgeable and very friendly. Due to the size and layout of the shop it is extremely necessary for everyone adheres to covid-19 guidelines as they did not on the day I visited, it is seriously not important to take everyone in the shop who you, some common sense is definitely required by some
Been going in spending lots of money for a number of years. However when a product is substandard and you return it their attitude changes completely. Ranging from - "did you buy it here and have you got a receipt?" knowing full well they never ever give receipts out including to the next three customers that came in whilst I was standing there. They said "how long do you expect it to be guaranteed? Eeerrr more than two days "Its not suitable for a macaw" despite them fully knowing I was buying it for a macaw and the label on product had - oh a macaw picture on Lady was downright rude and her voice was raised throughout. Husband phoned and was more bothered about me not wearing a mask despite me being exempt on health grounds trying to threaten that's its a £100 fine shows how much he knows Also they never had a problem taking money off three customers without masks whilst I stood in shop. It's no wonder they told me they were selling the business as it was struggling greatly. I'm all for supporting local decent businesses. However please be aware their products are so much cheaper online.
Great place for buying stuff for my Love Bird. Lots of treats to choose from and affordable bags of seed available. I'd be lost without this place! So easy to pop in after work
Lovely shop to go to such nice people will help you and have a chat well stocked shop, clean.
Great local pet shop that sticks loads of bits at really good prices. The couple who run it are really nice and are always happy to chat. I would be lost without them

Love this shop the staff are very friendly and helpful and if they haven't got what I want in the shop they will endeavour to try to get it for me,
I get my frozen mice here and my snake has never once refused to eat them unlike other shops I've been to, staff are lovely and extremely helpful
Lovely lady who worked there, couldn't be more helpful. Advised me what was needed with a new kitten as the the person who I got it off didn't offer much information
