Steer clear of Jaguar Barnet shocking service for shoddy car that didn't work and take months doing nothing with no communication - You'd think Jaguar would be synoymous with customer service and quality - sadly Jaguar Grange not only sold a defective car but took 18 months of not even sorting out myriad issues or even bothering to call back - it would have spent more time with them than us has they not kept giving us months of waiting time to get a courtesy car and book it in - and every time the faults came back - then to add insult to injury they will kindly take it back a trade in cost... really?? Let's see what the ombudsman says about your shocking contempt of customers.. steer clear of this company if you want quality and service they have no idea what it means there are plenty of quality cars on the market and dealerships who want to look after you these guys don't.

We purchased our Jaguar XF 66 plate from this place back in November. The initial part was easy as we had seen & selected the vehicle we wanted on auto trader. So it was just about the figures & we finally made the decision of purchasing it. Everything was fine, till the final paper work came out to our home address. From the Title to the mileage we took the car at all wrong. Emailed them back and forth so many times, but no response. In November I received a call & I was hoping they(Jaguar) were calling me to sort out the paper work issue! But off course not they didn't call for that! They called up for parts recalled that needed to be replaced! They booked it in, but because of the snow, they had to change the dates, understandable. They then booked it in for another date in December, but missed a call the previous day to say they didn't have the parts! Up until I called yesterday, no one has called me, that to managing to book in 1st week of Feb 2018! I was told that I would get a courtesy car back in November, if I went for a Jan end date. But now they can't even offer one till mid March. Also some one called to check if we were still interested in purchasing a Jaguar. Now if I wanted to get a good deal, I would have gone to anyone selling a Jaguar! We purchased directly from a Jaguar dealer so we can avoid all the above that has happened up until now.

Grange Jaguar, Barnet did what my main dealer had failed to do; to quickly give me an appointment and resolve my remote climate issue. A great service.
