Right from the moment I stepped into their showroom I had brilliant customer service. It's so nice to get an attentive service with a genuine and helpful interest in my requirements. Not only have I purchased and have had fitted a really nice fire and surround but also have had a new boiler too. Every aspect from beginning to end has been great. I was kept informed regularly regarding the surveys, fittings etc and the whole team have been great. I had a full house today fitting the fire and boiler and all of the team were courteous and friendly. It was a pleasure to have them here. Thank you Grandisson. Really fantastic service. Great advice in showroom, quotation done the next morning and received by email that afternoon. Builder contacted and visited the next day. All work completed within 2 weeks. Couldn't be happier.
