Not what I expected at all. A short amount of the pier is used for an amusement arcade and that is it. You can walk through the arcade to get onto the pier but not very far down at all.
95% for the kiddies, lots of flashing lights and the usual arcade things with plenty of noise. Also an adventure golf Jurassic Park near the end. For us oldies we can walk down the sides and through the golf area to the end, and entry to the pier is free.
It's really an amusement arcade, but it is clean and open. Good fun. A walk through to the end provides a small deck area about 2/3rds of the way along for a clear airy place just to sit and ponder
Just an amusement arcade, main pier is closed and no access, looks very dilapidated, definitely not Grand.
Absolutely wonderful time here! Offers stunning panoramic views of the lovely sea and the neighbouring hills and famed sea houses. The people are pleasant and the shoppes are truly inviting and afford a variety of goods.nThe pier is beautifully designed and perfect for watching sunrise and sunsets.nVery highly recommended!
