Reviews
Absolutely wonderful time here! Offers stunning panoramic views of the lovely sea and the neighbouring hills and famed sea houses. The people are pleasant and the shoppes are truly inviting and afford a variety of goods.nThe pier is beautifully designed and perfect for watching sunrise and sunsets.nVery highly recommended!
Hard to score this one as half of the pier was closed off for renovation. Just a small arcade area inside, but pleasant enough.
A decent pier. It is a little lacking in machines and the decor is so sparse, that it feels even more empty than it is. We had issues with multiple machines not functioning correctly and some being in a state of moderate disrepair.nnThe kids had a great time though. We blew a decent amount of money and won a good amount of tickets. Unlike our local pier, this got them some treats too!
Pity it's fell into a state of disrepair. Only half the pier is open. I remember it being full of penny slot machines, arcade games, and little funfair rides for the little ones. I've been visiting Teignmouth and the surrounding area's on holiday for over 60 years, and it's changed so much, but like everywhere, it seems nowadays, the decline in investment of these once traditional beautiful seaside resorts has resulted in turning them into grubby ghost towns.
We saw Teignmouth Air Show here in 2024, the Red Arrows were fantastic.
