Awful. We visit Park Dean Resorts each year but have never been to Devon Valley. Upon checking in we were given a caravan that was filthy Dorthy and with no heating. The bathroom floor had some kind of grease on it and we were literally sliding around. The microwave hadn’t been cleaned since the last visitors as it stank and had reminants of curry all over it, and Everything was thick with dust. We asked to be moved at reception and were told that housekeeping would be along shortly. 15 minutes later a lady came along with an attitude that was almost as filthy as the caravan itself. I explained the issue and she said there wasn’t much she could do. I showed her the thick grime everywhere and she stood with her hand on her hips and said ‘well, dust and grease can fall overnight.’. I’ve never had such an experience in a caravan park and I’d think VERY carefully if you are thinking about visiting this park. I wouldn’t come back here if you paid me.

Site was lovely but very disappointed with the takeaway. 6 pieces of scampi for £6 and they were not bigger than my thumb nail yet advertised as whole tail scampi. Had to ask for a new portion as was burnt and cold due to being left in a hot cupboard which was not turned on. Also missed off 1 persons meal and then argued we didn't order it and then was rude when we questioned where the missing food was. Was a real let down as the pub meal we had as lunch time was lovely. Would visit site again but not use the takeaway.

Spent a week here and loved every minute. The staff were brilliant, really helpful and fun, nothing was too much trouble especially Dave in the bar and Tony who were really sociable and fun to chat with. Meals in the restaurant were lovely and good value for money. Our accommodation was spotless. The swimming pool was great and the changing area really clean. Our 6yr old son had a fabulous time especially on the evening crabbing along the river, where there are amazing views and the sunset is stunning. The evening entertainment was not brilliant but this did not matter as we spent our evenings outside along the river where you can have a drink and the kids can play safely on the park. Will be visiting again. Great value for money.

Fantastic little location and relatively easy to get to off a smallish road. The caravan we were given was clean and roomy and was well insulated which kept in the heat. The holiday park had the amenities you'd expect, a pub/restaurant, small arcade and the Breaker's club, where shows and events are put on. It also has an indoor swimming pool. So plenty to keep everyone entertained. It's also a great location for many attractions in the area, many you're able to get to within 30 minutes.

Nice little holiday village. Nice views, nice bar. A little run down and we were unable to get into the entertainment at night as it was too small for the amount of people, but never the less we had a great time
