Graham Martin's have serviced my wife's X3 for the last couple of years and have been great, really friendly and very competitive on price. Saved a small fortune compared to what we used to pay at the dealer and far more personal. The technicians were very helpful especially connecting up her new phone to the bluetooth free of charge, thanks guys!

Had my service and MOT done at this garage and came away very happy. The customer service was really personal and they talked me through the various options when I needed to purchase new tyres. I've previously only used a main dealer for my services but these guys were much more competitive on price whilst receiving the same level of service as a main dealer including a courtesy car.

I love my Mini and wouldn't trust any other garage to touch it. They did a great job sorting a funny rattle out and the oil change and MOT was a lot cheaper than the main dealer and I felt like the service was more friendly. Would definitely use again. Thanks

I'm not one for posting negative reviews but I feel like I have to on this occasion. I took my car into them a couple of days ago for a diagnostic on headlight washers, I was charged nearly £40 for the privilege and then quoted £240 for a 2 hrs job to fix one blocked telescopic including labour. Having then shopped around with a similar independent specialist, they have quoted me just £120 and also stating that the front bumper didn't need to be removed in this job. I've also found some scratches on my door glass which weren't there before I took the vehicle in. This isn't the first time this has happened, there's a lack of duty of care and professionalism and sadly a complete agenda to try and rip customers off!!!
