We stayed here in London for 3 nights before heading to Italy! The moment we entered, we were greeted by our host, Swell. He was so kind, personable, and accommodating throughout our stay. Swell even recommended us places to eat, grab a drink, and what to check out in Soho and in West London. This place is very clean, refurbished, and extremely cozy! Best part is that they have a pub and terrace! This hotel is located near the central part of London, walking distance to the tube station, and many eateries. I also loved the interior design of the place and in our room! Lastly, their dog paintings on the walls are so cute and unique lol. Definitely do stay here while you’re in London or even grab a drink at the pub! This hotel did not disappoint! Thank you again, Swell for starting off our 3 week Europe trip with such great hospitality!
We didn't have food only drinks on the roof terrace. Every table had a heater, and you ordered off the app. Really liked this place. There rooms looked nice to although we didn't stay in one.... This time round. I will consider on my next trip to London though. Thanks to the friendly staff working tirelessly.
The Grafton was one of the best parts of our visit to London. The staff was always so friendly and courteous. The rooms were way beyond expectations and so comfortable. We stayed two nights during a heat wave and were so thankful for the air conditioning. The amenities were nothing like what we expected. We would love to come back.
We stayed a few nights back a few months ago and loved every minute of it! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was so kind and the pub itself was a joy. Fantastic drinks and loved the food. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! And the dog portraits.. nailed it!
We used this recently as a meeting point for a reunion and very glad we did. Great food I had the Thai green curry.. and excellent service led to a great day out. Well recommend.. Rooms: 5/5

Great location, pub, staff and beautiful rooms! Highly recommend!!! If you need WIFI for work then ask for a room on lower floors because ours on the 3rd did not get fast enough wifi for my work. Other than that - perfection!
Nice roof terrace, surprisingly snug on a cold day. Average beer, slightly disappointing food. Too much bag salad in the green papaya salad!
We had one day between landing in Heathrow from the US and leaving to Paris via the Eurorail. I fell in love with this quirky hotel. The staff is amazing. Letting us stash our luggage until the room was ready plane landed at 6:30a so way too early for checkin and made excellent restaurant recommendations. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Rooms: Super comfy bed. LOVED the dog decorations. Quiet despite the pub downstairs. Only sorry we spent a single night here. Nearby activities: Easy to access everything you need. Walkability: Super easy to get from Heathrow, and access all major attractions via tube/subway. Food & drinks: So many great restaurants super close Noteworthy details: I wish I remembered his name, but that French guy who checked us in? We want him to be our best friend. Absolutely loved him.
I went there for the first time, but just for a drink at the bar with a friend staying there for the night. But I love it, such a cosy place , beautiful decor, friendly staff and with rooms on the 1st floor too and my friend said it's really beautiful the rooms too. He stayed there for the 2nd time . I will recommend it to all my friends and family. See you soon and all the best!
