Exceptional service at the his practice ! My daughter's orthodontic treatment was plain sailing throughout ! Andy explained everything from the outset, was very welcoming and made my daughter feel at ease. Her braces were on for around a year and during this time Andy and Becky were always there to advise. Andy is very knowledgeable and was constantly adjusting and checking her braces so as her teeth were moving in the way they should. We are very grateful we were sent here and appreciate everything Andy and Becky have done. Thank you......
Andy and Becky have been fabulous with my daughter over the past year! She was really nervous about having a brace and there were tears at the beginning but Andy put her at ease straight away explaining everything he was doing. They were friendly and really helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an orthodontist!
I had such a great experience at this dental practice. Andy was absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Charlotte was also incredibly kind, patient, and caring, which really helped put me at ease. They both took the time to explain everything clearly and were very thorough. I felt genuinely looked after, and the results speak for themselves—my teeth look amazing. I’m so grateful for the care and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
Cooper had the most wonderful experience with Lindsay at Benfleet Dental Studio. She has such a natural, calming way with children and instantly makes them feel comfortable and at ease. Cooper absolutely loved his visit so much that he actually asked if he could come back every day! Lindsay explains everything in a fun, engaging way and even when a procedure is needed, she makes it feel easy and completely worry-free. It’s amazing to have a dentist that children genuinely enjoy going to and feel excited about visiting. Lindsay really is brilliant with kids.
The dentists and all the reception staff are fantastic, even more so, if like me you're a nervous patient at the dentists. Treatment is as good as it gets, many thanks to all concerned. Our only disappointment is that we didn't attend the dentist during covid and then time slipped by without any reminders. When we did make an appointment we were told we were no longer NHS patients and would have to pay. With the huge costs involved with dentistry, a polite reminder would have been appreciated, warning us of this potential outcome. We get text reminders about forthcoming appointments, so I was rather surprised we received nothing regarding exclusion as NHS patients. That said, the service is still great so we will stay on as private patients.
