As people new to the area, we were pleased to discover Gotch's: a decent range of appliances, extremely friendly staff, good advice and helpful, friendly service that was never pushy. We bought exactly what we were hoping for at a good price on a Friday, and by the following Monday it had been delivered, unpacked and installed by cheerful, efficient delivery men. Well done all. 
We will shop here again.

Brilliant service from a local business, they help with all aspects when you purchase a product whether it's big or small. If you require information about the product... they know their stuff... and will deliver very quickly which is a bonus when your appliance has broken down!!
I always try to buy from independent traders so having this store on my doorstep is excellent.
