Very disappointing service! Ordered a taxi at 4.30 and was told it would be 20 minutes. Taxi finally arrived at 5.30, the driver didn't even bother to get out and help my 76 year old mother to get in despite the fact that she was carrying bags and flowers. Very difficult to get through to the office to find out where the taxi was. Eventually had a call back to say the taxi was outside, apparently the driver had tried to pick up their passenger earlier but left because parking was too difficult!!! When he did turn up he parked in the middle of the road anyway! Will not be using this company again!!!

To be honest 1 star is too much for this company. I booked the taxi on a Wednesday...I then called on the Thursday to double check the booking...on the Friday, no taxi...the booking was for 340am in order to meet colleagues for onward transport to Heathrow...I would suggest if you need a taxi DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When I complained they denied all knowledge of the booking.

Words can't described how angry and disappointed I am with your poor service. I've booked my taxi at 8am for 10.20am today. After waiting, calling and no update I had to find other way on transport to ferry port. At 10.35am I got a text car has arrived ! Not bloody good if it's 15min late and I have a train to catch!! Just managed to get on 10.59am train! No thanks to your firm. Poor is understatement!

journey cost £8.10 and any other company i have used is max £5.50 and the driver was in a heated debate shall we say with another customer because he cudnt understand what they were asking although i understood fine first time, definitely wont be using again

**ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO** Booked a taxi two hours in advance to come at 10.10. Taxi arrived more than 15 minutes late.. after saying about having missed my ferry and train to work.. in the pissing rain.. All I got was a half arsed sniggery sorry I was late... just to match the half arsed service that followed! After a completely silent 5 minute journey I questioned him about full payment (7.80 to be exact) for this half arsed service he said take it up with the company.. I'd rather not waste anymore of my time to do so when as I said he was the one who was late.. We had to call the company twice already when it wasn't turning up! Id rather warn people not to go with these. Not only are they the most expensive compared to busters or bridge cars who wouldve charged me a fiver, streamlines attitude an service was really not worth a penny. The other taxis always arrive minutes early for you.. much more of a joy.
